Will the labels stay on through the wash?
Yes. Stuck to a polyester wash label and left for 24 hours before the first wash, they are washing machine and tumble dryer safe at up to 40 degrees and last at least 200 washes.
How do I iron them on?
Make sure the garment is washed and dry, and lay it on a hard, flat surface. Place the label on the garment and cover it completely with baking paper. With the iron on its highest setting and the steam off (or use a hair straightener), iron over the baking paper for about 15 seconds, pressing firmly with the tip or side of the iron. Carefully peel the sheet away, cover the label with baking paper again and iron briefly once more. Wait 24 hours before washing or drying.
How much can I fit on each line?
Up to 12 characters per line, on two lines. Many parents put the first name on line 1 and the surname, class or a phone number on line 2.
What are the pack sizes?
Small holds 20 labels, Medium holds 40 labels and Large holds 80 labels, all printed with the same name, colours and icon.
How long do they last, and can they be removed?
They last at least 40 washes when washed at up to 40 degrees without fabric softener or stain remover, both of which can damage the print. Once ironed on they cannot be removed from the garment. If you would rather move a label later, choose our clothing name stickers instead.
