Care instructions

Rinse with cool water after use. Do not bite or chew the guard. Store in a ventilated case away from heat or direct sunlight. This guard is not suitable for use with braces, and if you wear braces you should check with your dentist whether a braces-friendly Snap-Fit version is recommended.

To use the mouthguard, remove it from its case, place it over the upper teeth and press gently to secure its position. Check the fit before play and, if it feels loose, reposition it slightly.
