This style is perfect for any shape, one of my daughters is curvy so most styles don't suit her but she finds this style flattering and comfortable (I size up for her). My other daughter is super skinny so this style with the elasticated waist works well for her too as it allows her to be active in the playground. -

It was a great skirt but sadly did not fit my daughter who is 15. I bought size 15-16 and was surprised it didn't fit as she's a really slim girl.
