Mark on shirt
I purchased 2 boys school shirts from you and 1 of them had a ink mark or felt tipped pen mark on them. I contacted you about this but so far have been completely ignored, this I feel is very bad customer service. I have had to soak the shirt in fabric stain remover and then wash it, the ink mark is a little less noticeable but still there. I was hoping to purchase more school uniform from you but until you respond to my complaint I am afraid I cannot shop with confidence from your store.
